Lunch.  I really don't know how to make the best out of squid ink pasta, but was still good with salmon and karaage chicken as sides.  Had mushroom soup.

I was so scared the items would shrink by the heat of the dryer.

Balcony window view was car park.  For more than 20years it still looked as disgusting as ever...

Was reporting to the survey company at Orchard.  After that took a quick lunch at ION's food court.

Times have changed, we had to accept that economical rice is no longer economical.  Mala pot will be the most costly thing to order in a food court, 2nd would be economical mix rice.

Then went to Oakwood to help packing of pre-love items to Siem Reap.  Glad to contribute my effort although I won't be joining the trip.

Out of kindness, my sis brought me to their church dinner at JEN.

My sis meant well but was instant regret for me cos I was very self conscious and couldn't mingle with strangers.  I tried to smile and remained courteous throughout.

It was buffet dinner.

Xmas cakes and puffs were more attractive than their savoury.

They had outdoor seatings but it was raining and wet.

Le hubby came to pick me up as he was nearby after his dinner with his colleagues.

So this was Orchard Road in Xmas.

I wished it's snowing instead of raining.

Made egg toast which lasted till dinner.

Hubby bought this after recommended by a friend.

  

Successfully reduced my snoring.  I still snore but not as loud when Cajeput oil is sprayed on my pillow.

Forgotten why I went IKEA.

Also went GIANT to get groceries.

There was a small pasar malam.  Gotten bitter gourd juice.  We had it in Taiwan long long time ago.

Business was quiet, cos it's not very affordable.

After numerous disappointments with IKEA cafe, we had dinner at a coffee shop nearby instead.

Forgotten where my sis went to, came over to shower my father and we had sukiyaki for dinner.

Bringing these over to Abu Dhabi for my baby sis.

Mookata dinner with boys.

I spend the rest of the days to pack luggage then we flew off to Turkiye on Christmas.

I will have to update as much as possible cos will be flying off in May, too back dated already...

Bird Paradise

Finished reporting at IEC, had lunch at MOS Burger.

Ta Bao one for old man.

Wanted to buy this bag for Darren but he didn't want.

On the way to meet my old man.

On our way to the new Bird Paradise, taking it as my birthday treat.

I underestimated the size of this bird zoo, we didn't get to finish the whole compound.  Anyway, here were the photos:

Look at the slit throat prices.

Cravings for A&W, it's located outside Bird Paradise but not too far, say about 5 to 10mins walk.

It was a great excursion, with the sun behind the clouds most of the time.

Dinner we had HDL, very contended liao.
