He brought me out for dinner at Feng Shan Bedok.  Environment as messy as ever but I miss the food.

He suggested a short trip over the Labour Day, I wouldn't say no but all planning were on me again.

Went Woodlands Pasar Malam for this but it was closed.

Every food stall was crowded, no matter the taste or price.

We decided to buy dinner outside the mall and we had a big feast of chinese food.

And the cat hated us for being noisy lolxx...

Had brunch with Luis.

My little Ber came to see me and I gave her this and Rituals shower gel.

Whenever she's here I'll cook..... but now no more..... as I am updating, my son had broke off with her.

She didn't do anything wrong, his love just faded, I felt so broken that I cried too, 5 years relationship ended....  I missed her so much.....

Still eating the bread I ta bao from the flight lolxx...

Almost the same ingredients but made into a burger for either Darren or Luis.

Later I air fried this cheese corn and it was so so only.

PapaVoo and I had dinner at Century Sq's Shi Tang Mahota cos they had promotion for their fish.

We had fried chicken, dou miao and fish with salted radish crumbs.

Watching 正青春, that bodeeeeeee.......

Not much choice for short trips cos of PCR and all sorts of regulations/hassles blah blah blah were still required.  Looked like Malaysia was the easiest but air tix to varies city were expensive.  Left with no choice had to hit the road by coach.....

Precious flavour of Starbucks not sold here and bread bun from Etihad's biz class lolxx...

I was done unpacking (fastest ever in history), left the small luggage at the living room cos soon need to pack and go again.

Everybody was negative while Luis was still in his 4rd day of isolation.

For once the change is good.  I will have to cancel my PCR test which I paid $138 for, probably getting back $118 (they charge cancellation fee $20).

We ta bao dinner.  My roast duck drum was yummy.

I was still sleeping in the living room, tahan....  Darren went back to bedroom with his father after making double sure that both were negative.

Had to wear mask handling and washing Luis's clothes and utensils.

Luis's dinner teriyaki chicken with some tofu and luncheon meat.

PapaVoo, Darren and I finally sat together for a meal.  We had been eating separately as a precaution, it felt like a long time although it was only for a few days.

Delivery came.

I bought laundry detergent, some fresh milk, 36 cans of Pokka coffee and these Cherry Blossom limited edition Starbucks.  Going give one box of pod to my kid sis and a box of sachet to the helper.

The packaging looked so pretty.

Mid noon Luis tested himself...... and

NEGATIVE!!

Luis was negative on his 6th day!  I asked him to wipe down the room with Dettol but I knew it wouldn't be thorough.  To be safe, we never enter the contagious room, I told Luis to take out his bedsheets and all for me to wash.  He continued to wear his mask, walked around the house but we kept a distant away from him, for a day or 2 ba.

I engaged disinfectant service from this company -

I will still be sleeping in the living room till they come, blast and clean the whole house.

Another good news, Darren past his driving test on his 2nd attempt!  We had a small celebration with pizza for dinner, Luis took his share and ate in his own room, haiz.... but we were all good, although I was kinda worry for myself doing so much cleaning......

It's extremely lucky that Luis didn't spread the virus to us.

My family need to be safe from Covid else I won't be able to fly off.  I was supposed to be on the way to the airport de, haiz.....

Okay, Abu Dhabi cannot go liao, binge drama instead - 尚食

One may be confused, are we watching Chinese drama or Korean drama???

I really don't like clothes.  Why do they have to mimick korean costumes when chinese costumes is already so beautiful??

It's also the first time in history, can can skirts are worn in Chinese drama!!!  Face palm sia.

There's a lot of dialogue, sometimes, I catch no ball, no sure whether to continue, now at epd 16.

PapaVoo is very cute, he bought back a lot of "inferior" items, but it's still hard work so I didn't blame him lolxx..... He poor thing but I couldn't stop laughing now.  He bought this Sunshine loaf in red packaging, he ownself eat, ownself say not nice waahaahaahaaa.....  No matter how many times I told him to buy Bonjour bread or Hokkaido milk bread (cost a few coins more), he never listened, I think he get it this time.

This was a cheat, buy 2 normal size get a small size is the truth.  They packed until everything same size, with the tiniest font "Free 100g".

The free box opened up with a small box inside, laugh die me.

Low class marketing made my toes and knee caps laughed.

He knows very well I buy SPAM all the time, he bought Mili so I can't do SPAM fries any more lolxx....  He insisted that they taste the same, I really hor......

Asked him to buy ribs for soup, he bought those kind of odds and ends, cut overs with hardly any meat on weird size bones.  I seriously cannot perform miracle on lousy ingredients sia.    Anyway, this was dinner for Luis at the door.  PapaVoo and I had the same with some greens.

Not able to sleep well in the living room without aircon, woke up numerous times in the morning when PapaVoo was moving around, he don't use earphones, I just died inside out......

I had a tub of dettol solution to wipe where ever especially switches and door knobs.

I haven't even trim the excess wall paper at the skirting urrgggg.....

Luis dinner on tray at the door.  I did give him fruits for tea break.

PapaVoo's porridge meal.

Darren ate on his computer desk, PapaVoo ate alone.  I waited for him to finish before I had mine.

He looked so lonely but I had no choice till the 3 of us test negative again.  If I am down, everybody eat GrabFood liao.  Also it's kinda difficult for me to know the symptoms as I am constantly unwell with body aches and dry throat.  We will pull through 7days together..... 

Can't fly liao.....

Bid for an upgrade.  If luck is with me, this will be my first biz class flight in my life at 50yo.

Darren's treat Pasta Mania for brunch.

It's so difficult to get out of the house, but once I made the first step, everything started rolling and good.  Went to a neighbourhood salon for a simple hair cut, nicely secured with 2 big air purifier in the salon.

I found a nail salon a few shops away, classic gel mani and pedi $80 nia, so far the best I could find, added $15 for gradient on hands.

Had forest green on toesie.

And watermelon gradient on hands, I like!

PapaVoo came to pick me up, we had zhi char, this steam yellow pomfret with strong flavour sauce and a stir fried veg.  As annoying as he is, he is still quite nice to me actually.

I ordered a pair of home slippers from Shopee, so fluffy, shed a bit of fur but still is good with nice sole.

Cos I saw most cleaning Youtubers wears something cos they said it's better for the feet since we stand and walk long hours during cleaning around the house.

Should I get another color?  Lolxx....

Caramel macchiato, cheese sticks and not so nice banana cake to start the day.

I tried to clear the fridge and stopped buying before flying off, so dinner just look a bit boring without colors.

Mala chicken skewers in China style.

Lamb shabu in oyster sauce, quite a big bowl, everybody started to scope from it..... it was the scariest thing we ever did.

My steam egg was a beauty, everybody started to scope into their bowls.....

Darren bought Oreo ice cream, we were all talking and laughing until.......

Luis msg us with this and he was send back from work.  This, is, the, biggest sabotage ever.  We looked at each other at home and the first thing was to grab a mask.

I don't blame my poor son but it means that I have a series of calls, emails to make to cancel/reschedule EVERYTHING, urrrgggg.......  Anyway, I dealt with these the next day.  Luis was thrown into the bedroom for isolation, he used the common bath, we just stay more than 3m away from him when he walked out.

The rest of us were tested negative but we were so scared of PapaVoo cos he used Luis's rice bowl during dinner, holy shit......

We isolated away from each other, PapaVoo stayed in his room and the balcony.  Darren stayed in the computer room and slept on the sofa.  Myself had my mattress pulled out to the living room.  It was difficult for the both of us to sleep in the living room without aircon.
