Go out, enjoy....

Mild nourishing myself in the morning.  Only about a teaspoon of bird nest inside, not shiok.

Dinner, ngoh hiang from Angliss.

Sukiyaki with US short ribs, should had made more soup.  Just bring out the whole pan, though all the time I had been thinking of buying a proper sukiyaki pot.

Not a good time to come out, it's crowded as if COVID doesn't exist, face masks on everyone was the only clue of the potent virus.

It's a girls' date with my baby sis and a friend at ION's Jumbo Seafood.
Nice place, but maybe not so nice any more once they started to jam pack every inch with tables again.

We order a 2pax dim sum high tea set, adding on some other ala-carte items.
The egg tarts are slightly citrus, special and yummy.


The swans are yum mooncakes with yoke and the heads tasted horrible lolxx...

I really think Angliss's taste better lolxx...
1 meal was enough to last us for the whole day.

No more crowds in SQ office.
I successfully requested for a full sum refund in less than 15mins.

We walked from ION to Cathay to enjoy Platinum seats.

Mulan wasn't as bad as those faceless keyboard warriors had typed.
Happy :)

We then went shopping at Daiso.  And, I found chawanmushi cups with covers!!!
I bought 5 sia!  Also PapaVoo's ashtray.   East side Daiso dun hv sia.  Damn happy, took cab home, heehee....

Everybody had their prata breakfast, I woke up at noon, made myself this:
Unagi from Angliss, onsen egg just that slightly undercooked, maybe just another 2mins would be perfect.

Dinner cooked fried rice, tofu (from wet market) with leek and butter chicken from SHC.

No bad sia although not photogenic.

After 10pm, hubby mouth itchy, so took out lor mai gai from freezer to steamer.
Should had just shared one, the portion so huge.  Very yummy from SHC.

Comfortable though having health problems

Angus Truffle beef + applewood bacon kiap with brioche buns.
For Darren before he went to work.

Myself, leftover chicken + leftover rice = chicken porridge.  Soft diet good for my butt.
My butt bleeding again, need expensive medication again, haiz...

Dinner time, continued to make burger.  Darren was on evening shift, so he had his burger for lunch liao.
Trying out brioche bun from another supplier via SHC, it's so huge!

Huge buns made the patty looked so small lolxx...  But it's freaking yummy.
I put mixed greens instead of lettuce, also added onions.  This burger gonna cost more than $18 in cafes.

The patty was very thick, one burger was enough to make us sibei full.

First time cooking razor clams.  These bought from WangLei.
Taste not bad but still need a little more improvement.  The plating looked messy cos hubby nearly dropped the plate while taking out from the steamer.

Iberico pork collar in shoyu and onions, very juicy, should had made more sauce.
Dinner was great.

Late morning enjoying drip coffee with lasagna.  Of course I didn't eat the whole lot myself, shared with Darren.

Dinner went to the neighborhood, for chicken rice, at the same time bought some veg.

Another batch of posts full of food pic

I cut up the brioche buns to dip slow cooked beef cheeks.  Both from Angliss.
Pre-cooked food really helped, I'll die if I have to cook everything from scratch.

Dinner used bak kut teh pepper soup saches to make into chicken mushroom soup, and it's so yummy.

Had pre-cooked braised trotter from Angliss.  This was ok, wished it was more tender.

Delivery from SHC came, my first try on drip coffee.

Had been drinking coffee recently to perk myself up.
This atas thingy keeps me happy at home.

The plan was to go play PokemonGo but the stupid modem chose to break down at this time.
PapaVoo became frantic pulling off the wires madly, luckily kiddo was around to ask him to slow down and calm down -___-|||

Long story short, he went to Singtel at Tampines and Orchard Central and didn't manage to solve the problem.

Needless to say he was very frustrated and I sayang him lor.
He went for his nap like this:
He rather kiap his shirt then to put it in his wardrobe.  It's very frustrating for me but nobody sayang me.

Brought dinner to Oakwood.  We had fish head soup, 小笼包 and mala clawfish but I totally forgotten to take a pic.

Baby sis gave me a big chicken pie which I ate throughout the day.

Somehow loving the simple hard boiled egg in it.

I went out, bought hair tonic, hair conditional, so freaking heavy and supplements from Eu Yan Seng.

Dinner was relatively easy with pre-cooked mushroom soup (from SHC) and pan seared salmon bones in teriyaki sauce.

Finally fixed my hair

Made shepherd pie.  I poured thawed mashed potato over so it didn't taste nice.  Was too lazy to stir in some milk, butter and more seasoning.
I poured every ounce of cheese I had but still not enough lolxx...

But it's okay lah, first attempt.

Dinner went Grove Cafe which was vegetarian.
You are looking at truffle noodles.  The truffle smell spread over to a few units.

I had bento with very nice assam tofu.

Chicken ceramic pot rice from stove for lunch.

Didn't manage to get a grater from IKEA, but completed my baby sis's shopping list.  Then went Tampines One's iSteak for dinner.
Bad choice.  Once upon a time we really love iSteak, but now, I think I do a better job lah lolxx...
The steak was decent but didn't blaze with any herbs or butter.  The sides were easily prepared by popping into the oven, then sprinkled with good quality black pepper and salt.

Not satisfied I went Chaterise to buy a slice of cake as dessert.

Lunch, you are looking at batang fish steak in dark soya sauce, omelette and bacon wrap asparagus.
Darren likes barley in rice.

Cannot go JB very sad.  Paid $300 for this rebond at Shunji Matsuo.
It's the best rebonding I ever had though, completely no smell, no irritation on scalp and the dresser taught me how to style my fringe properly.  Silver hair all over but too broke to color already.

We had dinner at Mahota Kitchen.  They had a complicating menu, everything we ordered were only available before 5.30pm.
Nevertheless food was great but somehow other food photos were missing except for Luis' spicy pork chop mee pok.

I actually didn't bother, but my online purchase buddy told me she received the freebie from Angliss when I didn't.  So I had to thick skin and asked for it.  It finally came.

Yummy macarons, happy.  But they didn't give me their cooler bag which my buddy received with her macarons.  It's okay lah.

Lots of delivery came

Made simple lunch.

Stir fried meat loaf with mustard and cream sauce.

Made 毕大人's 早当归.
Nice but need to pui out the red dates' skin.  How to make the skin softer?

Add rice dinner made with kids' favorite minced pork potatoes, Angliss prawn paste chicken and....

SHC XLB.  SHC Group also very stupid de, keep rejecting my posts in the group.  Give up le, not going to post there any more.

The XLB was amazing, didn't even taste like frozen, it's almost like DingTaiFeng.  I hadn't even warm my butt, almost the whole basket gone, so I had to make another batch before I could start eating my dinner lolxx...

Breakfast with Luis.
Bao from Mdm Leng, egg tarts from old airport road, all from Ber.

Delivery from Angliss.
You are looking at hamachi collars, ikura, spring chicken, and pre-cooked braised trotter.

Followed by delivery from Wang Lei.
Came with a huge cooler bag.

You are looking at buns, razor clams, canned crab meat, chilli crab sauce and clams.
This whole lot was only $60, when usually the crab meat is $60 on it's own.

So I was very busy packing, and had to go out buy sashimi salmon to go with my uni.

I accidentally send my SHC purchase to my sis place, hubby brought them back, including this uni.
The uni tasted really bad, contacted them and they refunded me.  The sea grapes turned soggy, they said they should be kept in room temperature not fridge, sigh.....
