A quick work on the stove, ham and cheese toast for Luis.
Cut him some fruits in the mid day and dragged until dinner.
He ate dinner first, I made him tamago to go with his pork chop, like his brother he doesn't eat seafood.
PapaVoo and I had lousy quality cod (saved by my culinary skill) and stir fried veg.
The cod wasn't buttery enough to satisfy me, so the very night I bought 1kg of cod from Singapore Home Cooks Group Buy again. Hubby's pocket bleed until need sanitary pad liao.

Cos J-Mart was still closed, I am desperate for yakitori sauce and daishi powder, so I pester him to drive me to DONKI.
It had been a very stressful chore to go supermarkets cos I hurried myself, "siam" away from humans that gets close to me. The local COVID cases are low already, if we unfortunately kena, then it's really god's will already. This day I just want to slow down my pace.
But na bei, he was walking farther and farther away from me.
Of course he was waiting for ahead.
I bought 2 bottles of yakitori sauce and one big packet of daishi powder, heeheehee...
Some people have a miss conception that things in DONKI are expensive.
We, gotten 3 big mangoes for $3!!!! YES! It's $1 each nia!
And it's so sweet that we were dancing!
And late lunch for myself.
Dinner was a feast, I was taking it as a Mother's Day treat lah.
80% of the items from DONKI.
Shiso leaves and cherry tomatoes were awesome with grilled meat.
After the BBQ dinner, the whole living room smells and the floor sticky like scotch tape, literally 乐极生悲. But in less than a year's time, I will totally forget about the pain and have BBQ again lolxx.... Like child birth right? 不生了不生了, then those stupid women have 3 children one after another sia waahaahaa....

Tried to make rice burgers.
I thought it would be easy but the rice patty broke apart.
So, everybody had crumbled rice burger, I suppose not much difference in taste ba.
Just want you guys to know I do flopped my dishes also.
Live is not the same any more. We all took normal life before CB from granted, and now, don't know when we can get back although it's said to be 1st June.
My hubby is actually busier, cos most his colleagues work from home, he is the one who drove from house to house bringing documents around almost like a despatch rider.
Darren is back for NS with TransComm. I am applying medicine for him daily so as to make him as comfortable as possible. We still have a long long way to go before all the rashes disappear. He will call for me "Nurse arh, nurse arh!" the whole family will laugh.
Luis is having his first year in Poly. HBL is very shitty to him. He had never stepped into his new school before, no orientation, never see classmates, never see lecturers..... he told me he never miss going to school this much lolxx....
Myself, simply stuck at home but busy. Cooking was easy but the washing and packing up is the killing part. I realized that I am not as fast and as energetic as I used to be. I am spending more time on house work cos I am actually slower already. Hope to get back to work but it's difficult with the currently situation.
