SHC have change the way we eat and make my cooking very fun. I know for those who cooks everyday cook until sian, but never with SHC. They sell ingredients and new products so that we can prepare a good variety of dishes easily.
After this late breakfast, I cleaned up the house. PapaVoo was excited over Polling Day, while I don't feel a thing, cos I know nothing will change.
My kid sis was helpless with the seabass I gave her, so I had to go over and cooked it for her.
I gave her 2 choices of HK steam or Thai steam, she opted for HK.
So there, I managed to get it close to restaurant standard.
She bought frog legs and gong bao sauce which I gave it a whip.
Accompanied PapaVoo till about 2am, then went to bed.
I woke up to pee around 4am and this was it.
I doubt I will be able to see any changes in my life time.
