Full of hiccups

Lunch, looked a lot but was actually easy to prepare.  Omelette, which a kid also can do, blanched sprouts then add bavarian mustard for taste, thai corn cakes (from SHC) from freezer to air fryer, english chicken stew heat up can liao (from SHC).  Everything was done under 30mins lolxx..

I found 2 Xmas decors which I rinsed and keep.  Cleaned up the house a bit.

Continue to clear the freezer.  Dinner was old man and me.  Cleared the last bit of veg paella, boiled some pork dumplings drizzled with chilli oil, old man very happy liao.  Supposed to bake or grill the miso jap fish fillets, pan fried them was a big mistake, partially chao da (burnt) lolxx...

I tried not to go out on weekends, but sometimes no choice.  We went Simei, missed the chicken rice here.  So far it's the best we had.  Yummilicious 600 calories.

Went Phoon Huat, gotten some edible decors and these.  Gave a bit to my partner-in-crime.

Cooked dinner cos my Ber came.  You are looking at a big black promfret, PapaVoo very happy with the purchase at the wet market for $10; moo ping (pre-marinated from Angliss); tom yum chicken soup (pre-cooked from SHC); stir fried veg, thai style prawns with vermicelli.

Perfect pan fried promfret.

Freaking yummy, would be perfect if I can get hold of thai's pink garlic.

Sometimes want to get something need to go through a lot of trouble.  I had been looking at IKEA's chop board for the longest time, when I finally had an good excuse to buy, the oil was out of stock in Tampines.  I waited and waited, they never replenish the stock sia.  Luckily hubby was willing to help, he went Alexandra outlet to buy.  He only managed to get the oil cos the stupid board was OOS in Alexandra.  So I had to make a trip to Tampines outlet to get the board, can die de....

After much trouble, it was raining very heavily which left me with no choice but to wait for the free shuttle bus.  Wasted about 30mins waiting, haiz....  Then this auntie sat beside me and asked if the shuttle bus would turn into Giant.  I wasn't too sure, but we found out soon it drove straight to Tampines Central.  She had to find a way to go back to Giant to take her car lolxx...

Went Cold Storage, ta bao, cos I was too hungry to wait till dinner time.

Cold Storage's roast meat quite good, wouldn't go wrong.

I bought the silver bling to line from Daiso, then hor, it's 1 foot short, I wanna faint.

Nothing was smooth sia, so much hiccups.
