F1 Singapore 3 Oct

POWER cap + Ubermensch t-shirt, on the way to meet my gf at Esplanade.

Managed to find her before 12pm, which by then she already made some new friends.  Gate 3 had massive queue, she found out Gate 7 bo lang and it was just as close to Padang stage as well.

At around 1pm, security and crews went in.

1.45pm was as if 鬼门关开。All running in, I passed through the security ahead of others, so managed to reach the stage first.

Ideally we had the best spot, that wasn't the case for me.

It was cloudy and occasional showers.

We sat from 2pm till 7pm.  Drank as little as possible, so I didn't go to toilet.

Zoa not mine, belonged to another fan.

Had the one and only meal of the day, local banh minh, cos it tasted completely different from Vietnam's.

Thousands of die hard fans sat in front of Padang stage since 2pm.

Suddenly, I felt it's not worth it, I should be exploring and watching the car race too.

I know I am short, this cheena couple standing 1.7m somehow made their way from beside me then moved in front of me.  COMPLETELY BLOCKED MY VIEWS, including the screens, @#$%^& (full flare vulgarity). 

The most frustrating part was that they were not fans (they stood still completely clueless when CL performed).  They just wanted to take pics and videos then post on social media, to prove to the world that they are rich enough to come to Singapore and also 走在潮流前端 by attending korean concerts.

CL's one hour performance, I only saw 5mins between narrow gaps

I decided to leave the gang.  Shortly after I left, my gf told the disgusting cheena couple also left, cos the woman was "dying".  She wasn't able to sit wearing a long white skirt, she squat and stood from 2pm lolxx...  Hoped they enjoyed they stay in Singapore and please go to our casino to boost our economy, thank you.

It was really a pity that I didn't get to see GD up close after being among the first few who entered into the venue, but again I believe god was trying to protect me.  I could had fainted among the crowd.

The air was cool with breeze, gotten myself a beer, it was life saving.

Initially I was still able to see the stage clearly, but as time got closer, the crowd started to move towards the stage, I started to move back wards.

Finally I was comfortable with a good 1m radius clear around me.

GD concert was 20mins late, the beat boxer made the first appearance and took up another 15mins.

The leather jacket swept my feet away, there was a change in music too.

I couldn't scream cos I was crying omg...

Next he was wearing a new red suit.

Photo taken by my friend who stayed close to the stage.  The price to pay was swollen feet with an MC on Monday down with fever and sore throat, eczema also relapsed on her hands.

To think I was one of the 65,000 audience.

I exited out quickly as I was near the exit.

However towards City Hall, took more than 20mins stuck in the crowd just be detoured back into F1.

I decided to wait for another 15mins before walking out.  And these were what I saw on the way out - the racing tracks!!!

If next time I ever go to F1 concert, I'll snailed over in the evening, enjoyed the concert from a comfortable distant.  The stage was set up too high, despite of sitting down, the hours of waiting can be tiring, my love not able to win my physical. 

 Darren came to fetch me from Funan, found him at 1am, reached home before 2am.
