I hate washing dishes, I hate, I hate hate hate

Bought from Angliss, I baked the whole tray of mini curry puffs and a few mini black pepper chicken pie together.

Though frozen but were pipping hot and fresh from the oven, better than store bought.

Was trying to clear the one piece of dying bitter gourd and some potatoes.  The precious cod was living in the fridge for a month already.

All put together, dinner was yummy.

The idea of getting a dish washer was always in my mind.  Recently I am thinking of buying some disposable plates and bowls which I can use to save my life sometimes.

Mickey Mouse for Darren.  I only bought 2, one Luis already eaten, so I had not eaten.  Shall I buy for myself?

I had almond croissants with Starbucks caramel latte.

Dinner ta bao.

Had bo bo cha cha swiss roll for breakfast.  Really got bo bo cha cha taste!  So interesting.  It's sweet and soft.  Some ppl complain too sweet, they really should stay out of desserts and stick to savory for the rest of their lives.

Ber came for dinner.  I marinated pork chops with this undrinkable thing.

The pork chops turned out like charcoal, luckily still edible.  I deep fried pre marinated black pepper mid wings, also turned out like charcoal, but were delicious.  I made a small pot of cabbage soup with mushroom for myself and Ber, we slurped up the whole pot.  I lup this chubby little girl so much sia, not sure if she can be my daughter in law in future.

After dinner we went Downtown East Donki, cos I wanted to buy coffee.

But this was too good not to buy.

I ended up with quite a lot.

Bought this cos it's nice if emergency tea break is needed.

After packing and re-organized the pantry, I washed the dishes till pass mid nite.

Fort Canning Hill

Mickey Mouse Hawaiian pizza, from Angliss.  It's about $6.

Recently Angliss collab with Daniel's Recommendation (杨杨好价绍).  Meaning the Live is streamed on 2 platforms.  Daniel's viewers commented that Angliss's products VERY DELICIOUS!!!  Now then they know arh haahaahaa....... the small group of us already enjoy their food for more than a year liao lolxx.....

When Luis was young, he couldn't pronounce any word properly.   Mickey Mouse became "ki ki mao" lolxx...... he was so cute.  That's his brunch.

I had salad and corn soup.  Instant soup from Donki, so so only.

Took a bit to determination, I was out and back at Fort Canning Station.  Before Covid this was the stop where I got off to work.  On the way walking to work, I always looked at Fort Canning at the opposite side of the road, it was so near but so far.

After 2 years, I was back to this station again......

and finally, able to walked to the opposite side of my usual path.

A few ang mo kids were playing at the playground beside this tree trunks area.

Why they build this sia????  For monkeys or for squirrels??

There's also 2 swings for wheelchairs, hmmmmm........ don't know what to say about it......

Surprisingly I still could climb with short rest in between.

Singapore is so small de.... can see so many familiar buildings.

Can see a bit of Clark Quay here.

Moved to the left cos got more landmarks.

Took a video of some water feature.

Moving up, I was at the Fort Gate build in 1860.

The Centre was closed during my visit, not sure if it's due to Covid or what.

This is the famous Fort Canning Tree Tunnel.

I heard that people actually queue to take a pic here.

With me were 2 PRC girls, 2 couples and a couple taking wedding photo shot.

Here's a couple of filtered photos.

Most of them sit at the pointed arrow to take a Insta pic to impress strangers.

But there's no safety facilities whatsoever, so I think it's a bit risky.  I don't want to take a photo then fall down like humpty dumpty.

The high walls are very nice too.  That's about it lah, didn't manage to find a nice angle to do it justice.

Moving on.....

Towards Fort Canning Green.

Then it began to rain, so I ran for my life lolxx.....  I am not sure how Lee Wei Lin lost her way, cos the main road can be seen no matter which part of the park you are at.

Walked towards the main road, I landed myself at Singapore Museum.

I found shelter in Onalu cafe in SMU.

Not nice to shelter for free, ordered very green food: matcha latte and kaya butter bagel.

I stayed around from 5 to 6pm.

The PapaVoo came to pick me, we went Eat 3 Bowls!!!

YEAH!!!!  I missed this soooooo much.

Glad that all these years, the taste never change.

But the price change sia, from $2.50 per bowl we eat until $5 lolxx.....

Best Taiwanese 卤肉饭 in Singapore.

Back home, I was doing fine after the 2hrs walk and climbing, surprisingly I wasn't tired.  I think the house work in a day uses the same amount of energy but in a more depressing way.  So I'll be going out more often to make myself happy.

While many people are struggling for their daily livelihood, I sound like 吃饱撑着，自寻烦恼。

But I want to say, how people see me and how I feel is just different....

How are you doing?  为三餐烦恼 or 吃饱撑着?

Everyday eat

Played with torch, mentaiko on tamago.

Yakitori from dinner leftover last night, kids' lunch settled.

Myself, salmon salad (also leftover), miso soup with tofu and a bit of rice, quite yummy.

Dinner we had mala, so yummy but not too good for my butt, it's bleeding on and off de.

Chocolate croissant from Angliss, not bad.  But I still prefer the plain butter croissants from SHC.

Dinner was simple, fried rice with chicken for the kids.

Cabbage rice from rice cooker.

Still needed to wash a bit, but not as bad.

Spending time at Oakwood

Ordered from Shoppee, took them 3 weeks.

Cute hor?  Cook for the old man in Sep.

Brunch, mini hot dog buns with coffee, really nice.

Went Marsiling to support Calvin, remember that Indian guy who can speak mandarin and many dialects.  Not sure how we became friends lolxx....

Bought durian and had it as dessert at Oakwood.

Celebrate kid sis's birthday.

Played with the cat, so cute, my heart melt sia.

Tried my best to sleep early, I think I did it around 2am, let me try to bring it earlier....
