It's Xmas in a month's time

I brought my sis's helper out to let her relax a bit, all work no play, any human will break down de.

It's my first time bringing her out, so I start from the nearest location from Oakwood, Causeway Point.

I was very hungry, I didn't bother to search around, saw Tamago En, we went straight in.

Our lychee tea came first.

My omelette seafood rice, tasted so so only but I could never do this tornado egg.

Her teriyaki chicken rice with fluffy cloud egg, meat so little oh gosh....

We had souffle pan cake for dessert, yums.

After lunch we went shopping, she paid herself some items and I bought her some gifts also.  We bought so much...... some lingerie, Uniqlo T-shirts, Giordano berms, Bata shoes, Innisfree face and body wash and don't know what else lolxx....

I redeemed my Clarins points with 2 cleansers and bought another whitening serum.  Of course this pic of taken when I got home.

My sis said she was smiling silly to herself.  Hopefully this will motivate her to work hard and take good care of my father.

Date: 25/11/2021 (Thurs)

I shifted our sofa slightly to make space for the Xmas tree, took the opportunity to clean beneath.  Quite clean except the hard to reach corners.

After the aircon service men left, I mopped the whole house.

Ta bao dinner, I had seafood soup in rice.

Pulled out the small tree once again.  I wanted a bigger tree but spending money on once a year decor seemed a bit wasteful.  Still I am full of envy when I see ppl's big beautiful trees in YouTube...... ya I had been watch lots of YouTube these days.

I used a string of fairy lights and a string of snowflake lights, nothing new.

Golden star, with balls in red, shades of brown and shades of gold.

Darren came home with half a dozen of White Rabbit milk, so ex, $9 for 6 packets.  Tasted like 旺旺 just buy 旺旺 lah sia, omg....

Date: 26/11/2021 (Fri)

Lunch bought by PapaVoo, very yummy but I was full to the brim.

Accompanied PapaVoo to Changi City Point to fix his dead Ipad, to our surprised the store closed down.  Wasted trip, but I managed to buy some Xmas table decor, then we ta bao dinner back.

I bought sandwiches from this bakery.

A lighter dinner cos lunch was too heavy.

The only "useless" decor item I bought from Daiso, looking so good on my common bath's ledge.

I took a better picture of our tiny Xmas tree with big bear.  The bear didn't stay in that position for too long, I love to carry it around the house.  Sometimes it will be at the dinning table, sometimes on the sofa and sometimes back to the bedroom either sitting near my bed or squeeze on bed with me, it's so cute and cuddly.

I guess I can never achieve the "showroom" look for my house, but least there are some nice area here and there.

My updates are so lagged behind, so is housework, the list of things to be done just gets longer and longer.  But again,  it's better than some old ppl with nothing to.

A hit and a miss in online shopping

Luckily Luis is tech savvy.  I finally able to load the photos on my PC.  So updating again...

Another parcel came.  These are door curtains but I am going to put it up against the living room's window after Xmas for CNY.

Look at the close-up of the fabric, thick and I love the woven texture.

I wanted to buy shoes and a matching bag to go with my pale pink dress.  It seems that outlets in Jewel will have the newest items compared to Tampines.  So I took a straight bus over, it's about 5pm and I had the whole bus by myself after it drove pass Tampines.

Walked pass T1, more flights, ppl were going home finally.

The giant Xmas tree was up again, same location.

Purple theme this year.

I went Hoshino Cafe, had spaghetti and cheese milk tea.

After dinner, my first stop was actually Pazzion, unfortunately the crystal stripy low heels were not in yet and I stopped by Pedro.  I saw a few items that I like but thought of going to more shops to further.  The salesman however was very warm, I ended up spending around $200 with a bag, a pair of shoes and a belt for PapaVoo.

Lights were up when I was leaving around 8pm.

Jewel is so beautiful.

I didn't take pics of the items I bought, maybe another time.

I redeemed a Tsum Tsum towel.

It's so cute!!!  The material is so soft, I'll put it up during Xmas.

It's time to harvest again, omg.....  After this, I decided to cling wrap the whole block lolxx.....

Will give myself a break from these mushrooms, eat and harvest until I scared.

Delivery came around 9pm, my Brothers Ciders!  For Xmas also, heeheehee.....

Date: 23/11/2021 (Tues)

I cut the remaining watermelon, removing all the seeds, as much as possible, then back to the chiller which we could eat after dinner.

Chair cushions came, looked so lousy compared to my old ones.  Not even sure if they can last till CNY.

Online shopping sometimes hit, sometimes miss.....

Pan fried the snow mushrooms.

I made rice bowls for dinner, gave the kids more meat while PapaVoo and I had more mushroom.

Got time to blog but photos won't load

The mushrooms grew like nobody's business, had to harvest again oh gosh..... slowly lah can lolxx....

I managed to paint my toe nails with normal polish.  I quite like it and I thought I might as well do it on my hands, no need to gel.

The boys weren't home, old man suggested ChongQing grill fish for dinner.  Awesome suggestion, so here we were in a neighbourhood eatery.

Already very happy with the big plate of veg and saliva chicken, heehee....

Wanted beer initially, then changed to some fruit tea.

NICE!  They didn't deep fry, true grill fish.  As in some coffee shop, say grill fish but serves disgusting deep fried fish.

So this was really grilled, very spicy and flavourful.

So yummy and satisfying.

After dinner came back home to cut water melon to cool down the spice.

So funny to see 3 紧箍咒, waahaaahaahaahaaaa.......  Monkey God's head band you know, heeheeheee......

It's very obvious right?

In case you are a non-chinese reader, this is the head band I am talking about, Monkey God in Journey to the West wears it.

Parcel day

 Date: 20/11/2021 (Sat)

Woke up, coffee with croissant was perfect.

Bought instant toffee nut sachet cos the capsules were sold out.

This is how my beverage section looks like, I have 2 more boxes of coffee capsules which I have to put at the medicine section below.

The blue container is milo, the brown brown one behind is chinese tea, at the bottom I got sugar cubes, the big yellow packet is chrysanthemum which I need to find time to cook it once and for all.  I got quite a bit of instant milk tea, milk coffee and drip coffee.  Lipton belongs to old man which he hardly drinks.  I am going to make them into ice-lemon tea, get done with it.  I hope he don't buy again but I think he probably forget it's existence.

My door very busy, so was I, heehee...

3 arrived before I woke up.

Ber's pink wristlet came, kinda disappointed that the zip and logo is black instead of gold.  Leather was thick and nice and I hope Ber will like the color.  The seller gave a packet of face masks, don't like the print, what am I going to do....

Sorry I forgotten to take pic of it and I didn't want to take it out from the wrappers again.

Last year bought food toppers from Phoon Huat, my sis threw some away by accident.  This year order online to add on, cheaper.  Looked so cute.

Chair socks came, looking good, material nicer than Daiso's.

The existing socks worn off as the metal rubbed against the fabric.  I glued on Luis's art foam, waited for them to dry before changing in the new socks.  Totally satisfied.

Panties came also.  I thought it's Hush Puppy, then hor it's Jockey lolxx.... I never wear Jockey before, luckily the quality was like Hush Puppy's.

After I gotten married, I never wear funny lacy panties, cotton is the best on my bottom.

Yesterday was pin head in size, this day was like X10 in size.  Our house is having endless supply of mushroom liao.

Later at night around 9pm, another parcel came.

This is a mini dehumidifier which I put in the master toilet to prevent mould.

It's really cool and aesthetic looking but I am not sure if it works.  It has to be charge once every few days and each time it gets burning hot, I am kinda worry....

I LS a bit, makes me so tired, so I am going to bed earlier to rest, hope to sleep early also...  It's 1am now, not exactly early also, urrgg.... bye bye for now.
