Halloween 2024

Had been playing too much games, 2 weeks late update of Halloween.  This year Halloween falls on a Thursday which means it's going to start early and end around 9pm in Woodgrove.

Before Woodgrove, we drove to Sembawang.

Our first time here!

The houses were widely spaced apart, unless you are an active person, walking could be tough.  One of my friend came with a bicycle, I think it's very nice to cycle around too.

We snail drove.  The colonial houses were so cute and neat.

Darren's gf needed the toilet so we left before we could finished the area.  But I had so much photos already, happy enough...

Woodgrove Mcdonald's always had balloon decors but we were too lazy to walk to here.

Made "eye balls" pomegranate drink.

Bought some food and tibits from Donki.

Then our helper fried rice and cooked a yummy pot of curry chicken.

This thingy got sensor and growls lolxx...

We found "food" lolxx...

Milk carton and cookie set bought from Shoppee, was around $35 in total.

The bloody hand "walked" on the table.

After a while I let his gf wore the milk and they were happily walking around.

All the decorations were done by house owners, the public was welcome.

This year there wasn't any road block which was bad, lots of vehicles kept coming in, ppl had to risk they lives as the walkways were all crowded.

Niece had driving lesson at Tai Seng, so we met at Paya Lebar.  Dot on her was a blessing to me.

Lunch at Maccha House.  We were probably their first customers of the day lolxx...

Matcha mojito was refreshing!

We had duo mini bowls set.

And a dessert platter for a sweet end to our brunch.

We went Bugis+ to watch Panda Plan, cos I wanted Gold Class seats.

Dinner at round market again.  Super duper yummy savory tau huay.  I think only old ppl like it, cos Luis wasn't impressed lolxx...

Coffee ribs with no coffee taste (what happened?).

Normal stir fried nai bai.

There was a interesting shop nearby selling tibits and drinks...  and a few boxes of Labubu lolxx...

Dinner at Sukiya, had small bowl and was filling enough for me.

Darren caught it from a claw machine at the 3rd try using only $10.  The fact that he gave it to me instead of his new girlfriend made me touched and happy.  So much so that I bought it a white t-shirt and denim jeans cos Darren caught it wearing them too.

Though $24.90 was the official price, stock was wiped out and some ppl imported in themselves sold one for $45 to over $60, I wouldn't pay that much for a soft toy.   I immediately ordered a clear pouch for it, so that I could bring it out ASAP lolxx...
