Darren brought back from TransCom.

I never like cookies but these cereal cookies were surprising good.

Not cooking lunch or dinner to make a burnt cheese cake.

10 times out of 9 I will fail in baking, though I always have my way with the stove.  So this was the precious one time I succeed.

PapaVoo bought nasi briyani.  Too much rice but unfortunately they can't be kept.

Went all the way to Bukit Timah to collect this jelly cake for my niece.

It swayed and slide all the way to Woodlands, my heart also swayed all the way until I almost died of heart attack.  It reached safely, phew.

It's so beautiful and everybody loves it.

 

I hardly spoke to my kid sis cos she was busy from the time I reached till I left.

But bonding time still good with my Bro-in-law, birthday niece and chubby nephew.  My old father was looking good too.  Hope everybody stays safe....

Had breakfast at 12.30pm.

Avocado and egg toast with coffee.  Had been drinking more coffee than milo nowadays.

Desk from Lazada finally came after 2 weeks long.

Clean until I shag after they were done.

Dinner made simple: beef balls and chicken cubes with pasta.

Items from SHC never disappoints, the beef balls were as good as IKEA's.

Made baked eggs too.

Had mango rolls from KELE for dessert, happy tummy.

Breakfast.  香飘飘 with Swee Heng's pandan soya.  Bernice gave me this new drink to try.

Ended up ordering from Ezbuy lolxx...

I made this for Luis:  Udon with dumplings + egg + tofu + seaweed, he loves it.

 Envy..... something we may not be able to achieve till Christmas.

Singapore is struggling like drowning cat for months.  No doubt some countries are doing worst (which is none of my business), we are not doing great either.

Someone's cat in FB pass away.  She must be broken hearted....

I love animals, but no courage to have one, cos I don't want to face it's departure.

 Finally cooked chinese dinner.  PapaVoo found basil leaves, but he left it in the van.  By the time he brought back, badly withered.  My first attempt of basil prawns could had been better if I can get a big bunch of fresh basil leaves.

I couldn't remember what I made for Luis, he left half can of spicy pork cubes for me.

I made porridge with leftover rice, I threw in a packet of dried ingredients from instant noodles.

I cleared leftover rice by frying them with ham.  Cleared the last 3pcs of IKEA's veg patties by smashing them up into a bowl.  Coke ribs and instant chilli crab meat.

Awesome coke ribs.

Chilli crab meat from SHC not spicy at all, but very appetizing.

I am in love with the crab meat, will get one whole can in near future.

Experience learnt from potato wedges, took out the buns from oil at the correct timing for the perfect gold color.  My pot was too small, the buns "rubbed shoulders" till some skin peeled off, haahaa.....

After dinner had durian roll from KELE.

The other one was mango roll which we kept for some other day.

Darren was a bit upset at work, so ordered a family bundle of bubble tea with chicken pie.

After which my tummy churned.

I had ate a bit of everything: durian, coke, bubble tea (milk) and crab, without realizing, seriously.

Lunch, fried rice with collagen hot dog for the kids while I ate chiffon cake with coffee.

I love prawns.  My niece blur blur bought a Aussie cabbage for $18.80.  My kid sis gave me half, taste normal normal le lolxx...

I flopped my lava eggs, they became salted eggs lolxx.... But at least I gotten the texture right.

Added in pork balls for BKT cos the ribs bought from SHC not much meat.  But no complains since it's really cheap.

Dinner was pretty awesome.

The kids don't like fish but I tried to force them by putting teriyaki sauce over salmon.

They finished the poke bowl in no time lolxx...

Not sure why but I didn't cook dinner.  Had Mcdonald's.

Unpacking my Ezbuy after dinner while watching SHC Live, cannot tahan bought a load of things, heehee...  Not wasteful lah, will eventually goes into our tummies.

The lint holder came as if it was being used with scratches.  But never mind, the lint rolls can fit into my existing Daiso holder.

I bought about 10 rolls cos don't know when Daiso going to open.

Black labels, so chio looking, came with a white marker.

This is going to be much better than using Post-It.  Moreover the stickers are water resistant, can label my frozen meat nicely le.

Finally gotten a home for bananas, heehee....

How?  800pcs of yakitori sticks.  Use until my grandchildren born also cannot finish.

New toy, looks awesome, I will go on to order 3 more for the family.

Had been wanting to get this since a year ago, back then I didn't know how to prepare so much Jap dishes, so see look only.  Now my culinary skill deserve good plating.

Daiso's fault again.

I use plenty of these to divide frozen food portions.  I saw ppl use vacuum packs.  Not ready to invest on a vacuum machine. You know, if I go back to work, seldom cook, then the bulky machine sit in the kitchen waste space also.

Bought a more expensive spray bottle for cooking oil.  I am happy with this but haven't use.

I love my existing knife very much, so didn't wanna get a new one.  Gotten a sharpener for it instead.

Not sure if this "blocker" will work, haven't try yet.  Cos always whole body wet after washing lolxx...

Bought food cutters for fun.

Bought metal hooks, cos the previous plastic ones keep breaking, no matter how light my baskets are.

This one good for flipping fried fish, luncheon meat, chicken wing, whatever that needs to be flip.

Are you guys shopping a lot online?

I made otah in prata for tea break.

Damn nice de.

Wanted to order Kiap Taco after seeing Food King's but it was closed, we had AJ Mabooh Indian rojak but almost everything were sold out and we had pathetic tofu, egg and hot dog only, so sad.

Grocery delivery came around 9pm, so I packed until siao.

The mochi was an eye feast, so delicate, so cute.

Went NTUC, it's crowded like an ordinary weekend before CB.

But we made it as quick as possible and left within an hour.  Had been buying mains from online Singapore Home Cooks (SHC), so just grabbed some veg.  I was hunting for basil leaves but no where seen.  Gelatin powder is still out of stock.

On the way out ta bao dinner. 

Luis's and his dad's ordered similar bento.

It's about $6 and I felt so bad cos I can prepare the same around $2 and taste so much better, but oh well, I need a break.  I think my culinary skills improved tremendously these 2 months lolxx..
