Chicken leg shabu from Angliss was superb!  It was so delicious when added into mushroom risotto.

The above for Darren while I had the chicken shabu with salad.

I was wipping the aircon covers, 顺便 wiped the top of the door, also fainted at the accumulated dirt.

So I carried the ladder to all the doors to clean up.  Where else I missed cleaning?

Donki at Downtown East finally open.  But dare not go yet, I can wait.

Bought something new from Angliss.

Dinner was great, lined the plate with wax paper, so I didn't need to wash the plates, hooray!!!

Had the korean chicken with kimchi & tofu soup.

Living in furnace....

Forever cannot finish the you tiao in fridge.  I drizzled condense milk onto the charcoal you tiao ended up looking like semen puked over >.<

Nevertheless, it's yummy, like bread with condense milk, kid's food lolxx...

Luis hang his sword in front of his desk.  He was looking at it with love day in day out lolxx...

Maybe next year we change the wall color to something cooler....

It's like a living furnace here, I waited till the very last hour before stepping out, the sun was still merciless..... I turned a few shades darker.....

Went IKEA follow by GIANT, quick quick buy, quick quick go back.

Made taco, not sure enough to feed my males or not.

Boys - pull pork with cheese

Old man - pull pork with veg + mushrooms

Me - broken shells with veg + mushrooms, haiz....

Hubby hao lian this pic to his friends, they thought restaurant or cafe lolxx....  Happy but I still have a lot to learn.

Couldn't get any mint leaves, so I added in mint tea into watermelon juice, it's so nice!

Holland pork again in shabu cut, but I didn't make steamboat.

I made fried rice for lunch for Luis and myself.

Dinner I made donburi for Darren using the same pack of pork belly.

Used up the last 2 eggs for my son, I had my plate with asparagus and aussie carrots.

One packet of pork for 2 meals, very 省 lolxx....

A normal weekend

Have to make effort to spend him together.  Brought old man to Marina Country Club.

The place is not big, but nice to have a short chill out.

In case we kena slit throat at those seafood BBQ restaurants by the shore, we went HJ Bistro with outdoor dinning.

Hokkien mee $7.90.  Not bad, cos  fresh prawns big big and very flavorful.

Sambal kangkong.

Sambal pomfret but cravings not satisfied.  I need to buy one and pan fried until golden golden, crispy crispy then I shiok.

After weeks of messing up the house, Luis sword was completed.

It probably worth about $200 but being his first DIY "weapon", he won't sell it.

Angliss new meat supplier's packing very nice.  Holland's pork not bad, comparable to Spain's.

I seldom buy Indonesian pork now, except for minced pork and sometimes ribs.  If Angliss sells imported ribs I will be more than happy to buy.  Ang mo pork really no smell or weird taste, marinate with salt and pepper can liao, then with melt in your mouth fats.  Indonesian pork have to add in lots of marinate to cover the smell.

Dinner was easy with individual servings (less washing), viet pork chop with stir fried tofu in oyster sauce.

Going for vaccine next month

Finished off the last batch of mini burgers as lunch.

Angliss delivery came.  Taco shells broke quite badly.

They responded within a min and arranged for an exchange the next day.

Lazy to cook, bought economical rice.  Stingray, pork chop, salted veg and tofu = $7.90.  I wanna cry.  Bought $2 orange juice, my coffee shop dinner cost $10, haiz...

Made minced pork mee pok for Luis, finished the last nearly forgotten roll of mee pok.

That kid doesn't eat veg, so I didn't add spring onions.

He ate noodles, I ate bread.

Taste ok only.  It took freaking 1 month to arrive from China via Shopee.

Dinner I made kimchi meat balls soup and deep fried prawn dumplings, yummy.

Gotten a slot for Covid vaccine on the 3rd week of May, going with my old man.  I actually wish to wait a little longer, haiz..... anything lah.

Continue to laze at home....

Brunch was last night's dinner left over.  I sliced the tomahawk to small pieces and stir fried with onions plus teriyaki sauce.

Many many years back, bought my first and last tub of cream cheese from Philadelphia.  I thought that was how cream cheese tasted like.  So for all these years, I never eat cream cheese sia.  Until bought bread bundle from Angliss which came with 2 small tubs of cream cheese.  Waaaaaaa....... this Le Gall one tasted like heaven.  Nabei, this joker Philadelphia ruined my life sia lolxx.....  The Le Gall one is very light but creamy, no strong smell, no over bearing taste, it's so smooth...... 

Too tired to cook, hubby ta bao.  I hate pork liver, tossed out one and accidentally ate one.  Powdery and smelly taste, yuck yuck yucks....

Killed off this series, absurd story but 许凯 is so handsome de....

I couldn't believe I got nothing to cook in the fridge.  He will make noise whenever I order online, so I can't buy, but he won't complaint if I go supermarket.  Sometimes I can't help to think that he loves to make life difficult for me.  What did I owe him in previous life sia....  Went under the sun, went mini market bought one tofu (should had bought 2) and Sheng Shiong for some chicken and mushrooms.

The unassuming pepperish chicken potato stew was really yummy.

Angliss croissants.

I followed the instruction, 170 degrees was too low for my oven, I had to turn to 200 degrees with extra 5mins.

Not the best result, but pass.

The heavenly cream cheese made it all up.

I placed my order on 12 Mar, today then receive, almost a month.

You are looking at breads in watermelon, dragon fruit and rock melon flavors.

Then package came.  I just try try, if got result then I buy another one.

Made tom yum seafood bee hoon soup for dinner, heehee.... it's a short cut with Angliss tom yum soup, not spicy one, should had added in chilli padi, but ok lah, old already, cannot stomach too spicy also.

Cos got many lemons in fridge, the fastest way to get rid of some was to add them into coke.

Anybody miss HongKong's 柠乐?
