Can't live without Japanese condiments

Date: 02/05/2020 (Sat)

Didn't step out of my cave with enough food supply.
First meal of the day at 2pm.  Fried rice with lots and lots of spring onions, and leftover curry chicken.  PapaVoo always say I spend a lot, I say he waste a lot.  He will chuck the toothpaste one side, open a new one, the boys also happily use the new one.  I am the only one taking patience to squeeze the leftover toothpaste for another 2 weeks.  He also can leave food untouched if he doesn't like that taste, as if it's not his money.  He also never eat overnight unfinished food.

Anyway, can't remember what we had for dinner and what we did for the rest of the day, heehee...

I made a tea-break platter at 1.45pm.  Some french toast, chicken patties, meat balls with cheese, ham and dragon fruits.

Online shopping came from Pin Si Kitchen, $48 for 6 items with a big cooler bag, great deal indeed.

These should save me from some cooking though washing can't be avoided.

Dinner was another Jap fair:
Oyakodon chicken & egg
I used up my last packet of daishi powder liao and I felt so insecure, haahaa....

Giant clams in miso and rice wine.  The broth is tok kong sia.
Love the big fat clams from Singapore Home Cooks Group Buy, will make this a monthly item.

Yakitori, grilled bacon wrap asparagus and mushrooms.  Ate until not enough.
The yakitori sauce finishing, super insecure.  Cos I can see myself using this more frequent than normal soya sauce omg....

The kids ordered pizza while I ate bread with kaya for lunch.  Took a break from the kitchen , did some ironing, staying safely at home.
