The house is getting dirty cos all my energy and time had been diverted to the kitchen. In between lunch and dinner I did laundry, wiped down the WCs, lint rolled the sofa and beds, quick wet wipe the floor and I am dead. I am so dead in CB lolxx...
Lunch was frozen pizza and frozen meat balls. Though the cha soba was nice, I screwed up the sauce big time.
Groceries from Singapore Home Cook Group Buy came.
I was very happy, so was my bunny door stopper, lolxx... Those major supermarkets can continue to choke themselves already, not my business any more.
The box of fruits was so pleasing.
Seafood box was over loaded with ice lolxx...
Sea loots, yay.
I made curry chicken but not too good. Luckily my sis's braised trotter "rescued" the dinner.
I washed until I very sian though.

Darren's skin condition gotten better, but there still some sores on legs not recovered yet.
This was 22 Apr.
PapaVoo over bought prata, so I ate them for brunch. He said he was hungry at 3pm, so I made tea break.
Dinner was extremely satisfying, my son really lose out a lot in life for not liking fish.
Singapore Home Cook Group Buy de-boned the fish, so I was able to spread it out and bath it in beer.
It was then send to the grill.
Perfect golden skin.
Prepared the side ingredients, even added in shabu pork for Darren.
My 重庆烤烤鱼 in beer, so good that I don't think I'll ever eat this dish at food courts any more.
Mega sedap sia, gonna do this again. One plate dish for dinner, best choice for any lazy mum.
