Cherish cooking at home while it last...

Date: 30/06/2020 (Tues)

Clearing the last 4 packets of stir fried udon from the fridge.
My overgrown kids love it with black pepper beef patties.

Told PapaVoo to buy back some spring onions.  He came back with a huge bunch of it which I thought was leek from far, laugh die me.

FRESH tiger grouper and seabass for only $38 from Wang Lei.
His dirty jokes aside, these were really really fresh!  I gave the seabass to my sis.

Could tell the freshness from the eyes and the slime on the fish.
And it's as fat as me.

I had to slit the body for easy steaming.  Just look at how thick the flesh was.

Luckily can fit into the steamer.

I always prefer to do steam in Hong Kong style.
Insane delicious, would be easily $60 over at restaurants.  Good thing that I knows how to cook.

I better cherish my cooking days, if I go back to work, I won't be cooking as much already.

Pizza bought from SHC, it's cheaper by half compared to supermarkets.
Luis finally gone to school, so this was for Darren's brunch.

Since the oven had done the above, I made a drink with green apples and lemon grass.
So so only leh.

I was very excited over this for dinner.

 They were cooked.
Some people will eeeeerrr.... cooked and frozen not fresh.  Na bei if fresh I'll cry.  I went to see the videos for cleaning these little lobsters, can die de, need to scrub with toothbrush you know!

So once thaw they were in the wok.
The only secret I have to heavenly mala is - ADD BEER.

I made 2 chicken chops with the air fryer and bitter gourd soup with eggs to balance with the mala.

Sibei good, I won't be eating this outside.  The flavor is so invincible that I think I out win some restaurants, cos using beer as a ingredient is probably too costly.

The dinner took me 2hrs lolxx...

We left with a mountain of shells, heehee... HAPPY.
