Continue eating like a queen, a fat queen

Date: 28/06/2020 (Sun)

This is the same as previously "Wear mask only when not feeling well".
I will totally avoid places with confirm cases.  How the hell you know who the COVID fellow contacted with?  If he contacted with a employee working in the mall, then you go to the cursed mall, happy talking with that employee.... "hor say" liao.  Your life is in your hands, you decide what is safe for yourself and not the gov.

Golden moments came earlier than expected.  It's a surprise cake for my kid sis.
She kept asking what cake I gotten but I refused to tell her, heeheehee...  One cake they selling $98 and 2 for $128, so I LL bought 2.

It's very frosted so I left it in the chiller.  The other one kept in freezer, we slowly eat over the month.

I made brunch for myself.  Cos my hubby wakes up early even during weekends.  Like typical uncle, he likes going to the market in morning and at the same time buy breakfast for the children.  I always ask him not to buy mine cos I am forever trying to clear fridge.
This time trying to clear the baguette.

After early breakfast, they became hungry during mid noon, so I made breakfast for them lolxx...
Everything from SHC except for egg.

After that went to my kid sis's place to celebrate her birthday.
My bro-in-law bought durians from KLOOK.

I pan seared foie gras.  One piece for my birthday sis, the other piece for my bro in law.
Just in case they don't like it, hubby and I could have them, so I didn't wanna risk make 4pcs.

It was so great that they loved it!
Mark Gordon Ramsay's words: "Frying foie gras is as easy as frying an egg."

The galaxy durian cake was DELICIOUS!

We continued our durian feast.

Brought home with me kimbala cos niece no time to play, heehee...

Cooked rice on stove for Luis and myself.
No burns and faster than my stupid rice cooker.

Trying to clear the left over roast chicken, adding oyster sauce and tofu.
The color kinda blended together, looks pale but was delicious.

I cleared off the salad, by blanching them slightly.

I actually send this to my kid sis who was still using those small rolls of cling wrap with metal cutter.
It's better to have a plastic cutter, it really makes wrapping so much easier.

Dinner made easy with kid sis's braised pot.  I made sardine and further clear off the last pieces of breaded oysters.  The twister prawns are going to stay for sometime cos really to big pack.

1st half of Dec - suddenly last month of 2024

01/12/2024 Other than the NTUC supermarket, Singapore Pools had the most business.  Why people keep trying their luck when the odds are so...
