Dirty jokes aside, PapaVoo and I quite like his humble and unpretentious character.

Keyboard warriors are losers, they dare not even reveal their face.

This day, I was in a mood to give that loser a virtual slap.

For Darren and Luis.  The monkeys can "complain" too much toppings, don't know how to eat, what the.....

You are looking at shabu pork katsu udon.  They ate until mmmmm mmmmm mmmmm...

Dinner was stir fried venison, good but there's still room for improvement.

PapaVoo bought romaine lettuce which was dying, I had no choice but to do a quick stir.

And eggs were forever welcomed.

Darren is extremely picky though he can't cook, it's difficult not to improve to please his taste buds.  He complained omelette not enough cheese.

Hokkaido snow pork steak which I mistaken it as a beef steak until I saw the label.

Made ang mo style pork chop with ample time (apple thyme) lolxx....

Cafe standard, it's delicious, the combination was refreshing and was wiped off the plate within mins.

Foie gras with rainbow veg and apple & mango sauce.

Tasted as good as it looked, someone mistaken this as a restaurant dish, I was so happy de.

This dish was done under 10 mins, incredible.  Gonna cost at least $50 to dine, while home cooked by me was less than $10 and the taste was no difference from restaurants.

This was my apple & mango sauce, I am a genius lolxx...

Cooked egg prata to go with coffee, watching Hell's Kitchen.

Ang mo loves to talk so much.  They don't computerise their kitchen orders, they talked and screamed while cooking, not sure the amount of saliva went onto the food.  Not able to concentrate on cooking cos they had to talk so much (they called it communicate), simple 10yo can do pan fried and oven bake often over or under cooked, laugh die me.

Marinating lamb skewers hoping to replicate the taste from China. 

Cumin seeds were difficult to work with, I think cumin powder would be a better option.

The meat became tough and were surprisingly bland despite of the pepper and salt added.  I ran out of chilli powder which contributed to the failure as well.  Nevertheless, this experience will help me to improve.  We ate them all anyway lolxx...

Luis wanted to lodge a police report against Acer, I advised him to let the school teacher to take necessary actions instead.

  What happened was, after collecting money from about 45 students between 1 to 2 months, Acer had no response to emails or calls, it seemed they had no intention to honor delivery.  But delivery was made the very next day after a very harsh email was send by the school.  It's a disappointing and bad experience with a established big company like this, haiz....

Almost everywhere is infested and I am too kiasi to step out of the house.

Recently addicted to this Match 3D game, I need eye drops lolxx...
