So I made the whole clan breakfast while they paid for my tix ✌
Bro-in-law had to leave half way to fix his car. Last night a tyre from a toll truck went loose and flew to his car. Luckily it hit the car plate, if it hit the wind screen, things would be disastrous.
I didn't take my camera along, just wanted to really enjoy and spend time with my sistas and adorable niece and nephew. It's challenging to wear face mask all the way, I was grasping for breath at times.
So here are some random pics taken with handphone:
We were debuting about whether hippos are dangerous, as in they attack humans?
Orange juice $2 outside, $3 in Zoo, but they kids wanted.
It's not in any enclosure, not sure what it was and what it was doing lolxx... Looked like some flying rat or fox.
All zebra crossings should look like this!
Lots of fond memories, remember Ah Meng used to live here?
The children made us happy with their smiles and innocent reactions.
So cute, why so cute...
The Zoo actually craved numbers on the shell, not obvious in this pic but it was very clear when we were there.
Laughed and cried for not able to fit into the kiddie mobile.
It rained, we sheltered with the horses and ponies.
It's a happy family.
And there's a grumpy one looking over in a chill sitting posture.
It crossed our path.
Close encounter with fruit bats.
They were just about a meter away from us. They were eating, one pee and some flying around above our heads.
Watching the bats alone was already worth the tix. This was the most unforgettable section in the zoo.
This was so beautiful, the feathers were flawless and it's beak was like a perfect painting.
He didn't want to entertain us.
One of the most amazing animal in the world.
We had lunch at Ah Meng's Cafe.
You are looking at chee chiong fun with chicken cutlet in laksa sauce (but tasted like curry sauce).
Moving over to River Safari with wild monitor lizards swimming around.
We made a lot of noise in the train ride lolxx...
Due to COVID, one family per train. Even a couple took up a train by themselves.
Flamingoes that "scolded" us for being noisy. Cos after we left, they were quiet.
Monkeys were close with zoo keeper.
Friendly little fellow.
Dinner we drove to PapaVoo's office. His office place got a big coffee shop.
We ordered zhi char and stupidly had to sit 2 tables with more than 5 of us, when we actually rolled together at home. So we had to do a bit of darting between 2 tables.
Reached home exhausted, but eyes were still active.
I finally ordered uni, cos it's affordable. Of everything and all things, this went very wrong and was refunded to me, haiz.... will tell you all more about it in coming post.
