Begin of Oct

It's Oct, another 2 more months 2020 will be over.

The future is unclear to me but COVID is staying that's for sure.

My baby sis had engaged a personal trainer.  I went over to see the session, the handsome trainer gave me a body analyst showing my body age at 62, poor digestion and metabolism, with some fats covering internal organs which urgently needed help.  I am just 1 more kg away to be classified obese.  Since my sis offer me this opportunity, I thought, maybe I should give it a go for the sake of my deteriorating health. 

Mimi sat on the trainer's bag and refused to return it.  She even climbed into the bag and refused to come out.  My sis had to pour her out eventually, laugh die me.

After my sis's workout session, we went for a chinese massage.

My poor knees and ankles won't stop protesting whenever I walk.  So sometimes most of the times I walked like a penguin in tortoise speed.

We had impromptu steamboat, so I didn't had time to order any meat.  Meat from the supermarket was horrible, as in no longer to my liking, we just ate more veg.

Gotten these slick black stuffs.  You are looking at a drinking thermal mug that retains temperature (hot/cold) and doesn't form water droplets in the exterior.  The food warmer got a slightly bigger volume than the one I bought in Takashimaya.

The flask has got a LED temperature indicator.  No sure it's by battery or solar.  If by battery also dun know when will die off.  But meanwhile it's really cool.

Breakfast at 2pm lolxx...

PapaVoo half day leave, so brought him out to pak tor.

Watched Vanguard at Jewel.  I preferred the seats at Cathay Platinum lolxx...

By dinner time, Shake Shack long queue, A&W also long queue.

I ta bao rice with a miserable small egg.

PapaVoo and kids had A&W.  I wonder why he didn't buy waffles.

What does it matter since long ago Singapore already allow imports from India?

Who's coming in can't be our concern anymore, when can we get out is more important to us.

Kaiso seaweed mix looked magical.

Didn't soak too much cos I don't know how's the taste like.

Shime saba from Angliss $5 nia, cheaper than Zairyo.

Now I use Zairyo as a guide for japanese products' market price.

I torched the fish to release it's oil and ate it with porridge.  Along I cooked deep fried tofu, omelette and spicy pork cubes from can.

For more than 3months, never ate food from the coffee shop at my place.

Dinner ta bao rice with curry overloaded, not a single grain of rice was white lolxx..

They really have good curry.

Installation of the water filter came around 7.30pm.

PapaVoo started talking to the worker like a long lost friend despite of me warning him before hand.  Cos he kept talking and ppl couldn't work!  I had no choice but to tell him off directly, haiz...

Hydroflux comes in 5 temperatures which PapaVoo couldn't resist.

To me, finally water is filtered from our 20 years old dirty rusty pipes.  Whatever reason, it's a upgrade in living, 太开心了！
