Maintained.
Although my workout session starts at 10am, I leave house around 8.15am. It's very tiring for me cos I sleep so late and didn't really sleep well (kept going to pee). I gotten dizzy spells during the workout and I know I was just too tired.
Both my sis were on detox, so I cooked for the helper and my nephew.
Myself, I went back home to eat leftovers from last night's dinner.
I was knocked out after that. Late noon went Jurassic Mile with PapaVoo cos I don't know when he will take leave again. I prefers to go out on weekdays. Weekends are very very crowded as if COVID doesn't exist.
I bought along cold gel for my painful knees and ankles.

Wanted to go Muji Cafe but my legs couldn't carry me any farther.
We sat in SongFa.
Their rice have S and L option lolxx.... Of course I chose S lah.
And the S is very S (good for me), about 3 tablespoons of rice nia.
Sesame oil chicken was yummy.
I am very very tired..... will try to get some rest.
