I was good at 59.2kg.
Made mild mala noodles with secreto pork for Luis's lunch. I ate a bit from his bowl and continued to fill myself with apple.
I hadn't been ordering things from Angliss or SHC in attempt to clear fridge.
You are looking at Angliss's pre-marinated pork ribs in dim sum style.
And a hamachi collar to go with porridge.
Darren didn't like the food and I had to make him a supper of brioche bun with ham and egg, haiz....

My weight remained which was a good thing, as long as it doesn't goes up, can thank god liao.
Luis's lunch with pasteurized raw egg which I bought specially from Donki.
He loves it and I am so happy.
(Please do not consumed eggs raw if the eggs purchased are not pasteurized, you may risk getting food poisoning).
Ber was with me doing her homework while I blog.
Felt blissful to have her around, like I gotten a daughter like that.
Before she came, she went NTUC with my son to get ingredients for dinner.
I made army stew for the first time.
So yummy, that I over ate. Both my sons don't like korean food but their girlfriends like.
I also made a little pot of omelette with cheese to cook on the grill, ate until sibei full, kiss my diet goodbye.
I don't know how hard I need to work to shed away the food I ate.... haiz...
The best I could do was follow the shirt-less guy to do a 30mins workout.
