Stay home weekend

I am trying my best to clear off old items in the freezer.  Although frozen items have life span as long as 12 months, keeping things for over 3months just didn't seem right.

Cleared off lousy frozen abalones (still have 2 more left), you are looking at abalone + crab meat + tobiko porridge.

I had cooked PapaVoo's portion but he didn't want to eat.  So I had to eat the same for dinner, haiz....

Since the moo ping wasn't authentic enough, I cut them into smaller pieces to make potato stew.  Darren asked us to quickly take our share, then he "cupped" his bowl of rice into the potato bowl.

Yam ring scallops didn't look too photogenic but taste not bad.

I am back to where I begin, haiz..... it's so discouraging.... hopefully it's the weight of shit that I hadn't pass out...

Asked hubby to buy broccoli and cucumber, he go buy X2 for both.  Cos the veg seller in the market "forced" him to, haiz...... It's very frustrating when he bought more than the family can eat, he said I shouldn't make a fuss over such small matter.  Then I buy items that can be frozen he make so much noise as if I threw his money in the drain volcano.  Irritating, but this phase is going to be over real soon.  Going back to work force once my baby sis goes back to Oman in a couple of weeks' time.

So once I am working, I won't have the energy to cook and keep the house.  But I have to deal with the frustration of having a dirty messy house, I just don't know how to turn a blind eye leh.... how??

Anyway, my 1pax lunch of pan fried iberico secreto.  Why 1pax?  Cos that man die die have to eat one meal outside everyday.

He needs to go out everyday, will kinda pester me to go out if he didn't manage to go to the market in weekend mornings.  But once he's out, he is constantly on the phone and is dying to leave the mall (or whichever place) to smoke.  I had ever asked him to stop playing with his phone, he said he got nothing to do.  Being breathless was great, it stopped myself from screaming at him.  So sometimes, I rather go out on my own.  I still love him, just that communication is very broken.  Not only me but also with everybody else in the family.  He rather "talks" to ppl online.

Dinner was great with pre-cooked bourbon pork ribs from Angliss.

$26 restaurant taste ribs fed 4pax, if eat outside will be more than $60.  Just that nobody helps with the washing...
