Almost forgotten I still have some viet drip coffee. Brunch and watch drama, I really didn't like the sakura cheese cake.
Dinner only PapaVoo and me, so we had a mini seafood feast.
Chilli crab sauce with ebi, uni and soft shell crabs, all from my beloved Angliss, heehee...
Not bad sia the combination.
The creamy uni, next time will buy again.

Long weekend but useless...... all trapped in Singapore, even ulu places were jam packed. So I decided to continue to rot at home.
Getting a good meal was the least we could do. Splurg a bit, turned out very yummy. We were there around 5.30pm to beat the queue, but there was already a queue. Waited around 15mins to get in, not too bad.
Need to learn this dish...
The meat quality was good, same as what we gotten from Angliss but eat outside no need to mop until dead.
The kimchi soup was really good! They added in minced pork, next time I try at home.
We were out around 7.30pm, the crowd was quite scary.

Hubby is as such that as long as he had eaten, he won't care about the rest of us.
I woke up with a lazy hungry Luis, I made him this in 15mins.
Told PapaVoo the buy a chocolate pen a few days back, only to realise that it's red in color, haiz....
Any way, it wasn't smooth, perhaps the lemon tart was too cold, the chocolate became "lumpy".
My little Ber was here, it's time to take out the caveman steak.
It's so huge that even the rubbing took quite some time.
Dinner not bad, just that I forgotten to air the roasted potatoes in the air fryer.
Tomahawk and baguette from Angliss, roasted pork ribs, carrots, broccolini and soup from Cold Storage.
Tomahawk was slight over cooked, but was still juicy, Angliss's beef really very forgiving.
I made honey bacon, almost like Morganfield's.
Baguette from Angliss tasted like heaven.
Ber helped me to clear the table, then I took forever to wash, nabei.....
