Life in Abu Dhabi UAE, Day 16

It was getting warmer but inside the apartment was very cool even without aircon.  Apparently cold air somehow entered from the common passage way into the house.

First time to see cargo ship pass by.  Every morning, I'd come to the balcony, looked at the sea view......

Back in Singapore, from my balcony look at car park, haiz.....

I stayed at home till dinner time, baby sis had booked another hotel dinner.

I came earlier to walk around in The Galleria mall which I could never cover all the shops.

The Galleria's washrooms had different designs and fixtures.

This had tap with hand dryer.

I love the toilets in Abu Dhabi and Dubai sia.

It's so spacious.  Space rarely exist in Singapore.

Ding Tai Feng never open till the day I left.

Beautiful sunset while walking to Four Seasons Hotel.

This is a back dated post.  While you are reading this, I am back to Singapore for over a month liao.  And I never seen another sunset since back.  So sad, I don't like it here, but I can't leave.....  People flock to Singapore cos they probably never been to UAE.  It's politically stable with good job opportunities like Singapore (but higher pay), plus beautiful sunrise and sunset, beautiful beaches and less humid weather with cool seasons.

The restaurant is beautiful by the sea.

They have beautiful ash trays.

Guacamole was prepared on the spot at our table.

Grilled peppers was crazy delicious.  How could something so simple be so good.  It's really sweet and not spicy at all.

Signature drink - pisco sour.  It's a fruity alcohol cocktail.

The view made me very happy.  Where in Singapore have such view.....

Ceviche.

Potato croquette with I think crab mayo or sauce and chicken skewers.

After my sis done with her puff, they came and change another ash tray.

Grilled prawns not bad, but it's weird to serve on a griller without fire lolxx..

Sirloin steak.

It would be a pity if I didn't take a pic.

We had 3 deserts, not sure which was included in the menu and which was on the house.

Lucuma cheesecake.

Churros.

Ice cream.

The toilet was exotic.

Aesop hand wash and moisturizer, very luxurious.

Dinner for 2 at Coya was a deep damage of AED1252 (about SGD467), I enjoyed but heart pain was real.

Suddenly, I realised that I was left with less than 2 weeks in Abu Dhabi.  However the actual time I had for myself was less cos my another kid sis flew over to join us for 6 days and we had arranged to fly back to Singapore together.

Life in Abu Dhabi UAE, Day 15

 Date: 31 Mar 2022 (Thurs)

After a lax day at Soul Beach, next it's chiong day to Dubai Mall.  I had it updated in my travel blog HERE.

It includes my experience inside Burj Khalifa which we visited on 14 Apr.

I am so back dated, I still have another 15 days of Abu Dhabi/Dubai to do.  Follow by 4D3N KL trip.  I think by the time I am done, I am moving on to Europe liao lolxx.......  

With all these travellings, I feel alive again (less depress), heehee..... Now there's something to look forward, life is worth holding on no matter how shitty the day itself maybe.

Life in Abu Dhabi UAE, Day 14

 Date: 30/03/2022 (Wed)

Relaxing day, went to Soul beach at Yas Island.  I know there are many beaches around Abu Dhabi.  Just felt good to re-visit alone.

I stole my baby sis's beach dress and bag lolxx...

No regrets, no boredom, no loneliness, it's too beautiful here.

Bought coffee.

Cute bunny latte, but was AED35, I should had ta bao coffee as well.

Entry fee to the private beach was around SGD16

It's so beautiful that I didn't want to take pic with, don't want to spoil the perfect picture.

One guy came to open the beach umberalla for me, sanitize the table and benches for me.  The weather was extremely nice, the sun was warm, the wind was cool.  I missed the weather so much.

Over here, kena sai, I am having heat rashes already....

Residents along this beautiful are soooooooo lucky.

Set my table, my bunny latte, fruits and floss bread.

As my stamina is declining, I longer able to play as hard as I used to be.  To laze and glaze upon a stunning view like such is........ VERY SHIOK.

This ang mo lady, was sleeping here with her face up when I arrived.  She later decided to sleep on her tummy and continued the next 3hrs when I left lolxx...

I took a 5mins walk to the Carrefour nearby to buy water, cos it's expensive to buy from the cafes nearby.

Too beautiful.

Cooked dinner, stir fried veg and chicken pumpkin porridge.

Enjoyed the weather while it last.....  I hate the weather in Singapore so much.
