Ideally, going to Dubai on Sat was better, but sis couldn't get the car dealer till Sun. We went Auto Market, outside Dubai City. She actually bought this cute little Poshe. It's pretty affordable at UAE, around SGD50,000 only.
I wasn't allowed to post, since she didn't know about this little blog of mine, just one pic, else next time, looking back, there wouldn't be any memory of it.
We went nearby Meydan Hotel for lunch.
It was such a beautiful hotel but bo lang one. I was literally "relieved" when I saw a group tour checking in.
I am not sure how far away from the main city this location is.
It's the beginning of summer, no racing I supposed. But if there is, I think this hotel will be fully booked.
Bearing in mind that this a desert, it must so expensive to maintain the grass.
They even have sand tracks for camel racing. Next trip, I wanna come to see it, haven't find out anything about it yet. When can I come back.... 2023 or 2024? Shallow pocket sia.....
The heat was for real, felt like oven.
But everybody was sitting outside, my sis also insist on sitting outside.
It's beautiful out here but the heat was unbearable.
Starter AED100.
Lamb chops AED150, quite yummy, but so ex.
I moved indoors after I finished lunch while my sis still sitting outside for a puff.
Not to the extend of getting heat stroke but I was already having a mild headache, warm air was difficult to breath in.
Walking around the beautiful and quiet hotel, I was all alone.
Not sure if I had said this but Dubai and Abu Dhabi has BEAUTIFUL toilets.
It was a very short trip to Dubai, but was just as good to go home and nua.
