Life in Abu Dhabi UAE, Day 27

 Date: 12/04/2022 (Tues)

Baby sis at work, went out with kid sis.  I thought she genuienly wanted to visit the local Gold Souk, ended up it was a sweet "conspiracy" they bought me the diamond ring...

I love it so much!

We walked around the mall linked to the Gold Souk.  It's not big, no locals (rich locals goes to bigger malls), no tourists, more for foreign workers.

We bought cheap body oil.

Looked so nice.

Went into a small shop selling kitchen wares, I want EVERYTHING!
We bought silicon jelly moulds, heehee....

Dresses were cheap.

Never seen so many types of dates in my life.

Saw a small poke nose center.

Evening, we meet up with baby sis when she finished work, we went YAS Mall.
The mall was linked to the entrance of Ferrari World.

The restaurant my sis booked was right next to it.

Al Fanar Restaurant and Cafe, would recommend this if you visit YAS Island.

All the locals dinning, we were the only chinese.

Very nice place with cats (not real) on the beams.

We had salad.

Some baked potatoes.

The samosa was crazy delicious, we ordered another plate.

This was the main, it's stated for 2pax in the menu, 4 of us couldn't finish the rice.

Delicious and I'll be back for it.

This Rainforest Cafe looked very interested, the decor was like the souvenir shop of our Mandai Zoo lolxx...

After dinner, we were window shopping aimlessly, and we found that Ted Baker was a lot cheaper than Singapore.  My kid sis managed to get a kid size sweater for around SGD50, it was such a steal omg!
I managed to resist and didn't need anything...

While we have only IKEA, here got so many shops with nice home decors.

The luxurious mall was very enjoyable.

Aspinal of London, the girlfriend bought a bag with discount, we were all so excited lolxx....

We found the outdoor fountain, but didn't stay for the show.

My old phone couldn't take a nice pic of the decorative lights along the road of Abu Dhabi.

Going home in 3 days time, couldn't believe it.

When you are reading this, Japan un-officially announced that restrictions will be ceased and fully open borders.  Needless to say I am very excited, going to plan for Sakura season, finally after 3 years.
