TIRED

Date: 21/01/2020 (Tues)

Nice view from my father's ward, not sure to love or hate it.

Bought brunch at KTPH's Mr Bean.  Pork balls porridge with soy milk for $4.50, rare deal and taste great.

Late noon see my baby sis off.  Surprised that A&W got no queue!

Missed the magical root beer float though I wasn't willing to spend 1hr or more queuing for it.

Couldn't go without waffles.

They named their chicken hot dog CHUBBY lolxx... so cute.

Sending her off was heart wrecking, but we were all too tired to cry this time.  I'll be flying over to Oman anyway.  No concrete plans yet but should be after Jun.

Was almost snoring in the bus on the way home.

The surgery given me a dimple.  Not so upset le... but the relieve was short lived.  As I had mentioned in my previous post, the cyst seemed to grow back; the dimple disappeared due to the swell.
I am going back to the hospital next week.

Managed to change new bed sheets (from IKEA) before heading to the hospital.

Hubby came to fetch me and we headed to North Point for a quick dinner at the food court.

Wanted to go NTUC to stock up a bit of food and drinks for CNY but it was too crowded to even walk in.

Suddenly remembered that there's a new Sheng Shiong near our house, so we drove back to Tampines.  Shouldn't had waste time and energy at Yishun.  Sheng Shiong no queue, no crowd and we gotten at least some things to tide over CNY.

I tired until beyond description, no amount of 灵芝 or chicken essence could help.

Made Darren soup for cough.

He coughed out plenty of phlegm after drinking.

He helped me to wash the toilet and kept the socks, it was great help.  Afternoon went hospital to check on my father.  Only today, we realized that the hospital's air mattress wasn't working, the nurses never check also, sigh....

Came back home at night, ironing bed sheet at 10pm, hubby said not necessary but I couldn't stand the crease.
Only one word: TIRED

1st half of Dec - suddenly last month of 2024

01/12/2024 Other than the NTUC supermarket, Singapore Pools had the most business.  Why people keep trying their luck when the odds are so...
