As expected, weight bounced back, but probably cos there's no output.
Having another 3 days juice detox. They gave me a free Berry Chia which I gave it to Darren.
He inherited my constipation problem.
I am more concern of the juices helping in detox than weight lose. 7 years ago, I can lose 1kg every week, now it takes more than 2 weeks and I guess it can't go any faster liao.
Luis's gf couldn't come over as often as she likes, so when she's here, I'll try to cook for her.

Dinner.
Fried rice with the above black pepper iberico pork for the kids.
PapaVoo and I had porridge with pee pee beef balls.
I ate the hamachi collar with teriyaki sauce all by myself which was filling enough with a bit of porridge. Cutting down carbo is my only way to lose weight.

Surprisingly it dropped back.
Delivery came with nice bags.
Bernice brought a big tub of yogurt and some cheese cake. Her friends send her lots of food for her birthday, her family couldn't finish, so brought over to share calories lolxx...
Was supposed to have dinner at 6.30pm, but PapaVoo's handphone buyer was late due to heavy rain.
Dinner was delayed till about 7.45pm.
I fried the fresh live tiger grouper.
Don't tell me I should steam cos I had been preparing steam fish so often, time for a change.
2 tiger groupers was $38 from Apollo Seafood and they threw in a free spicy fermented bean sauce.
Stir fried baby bak choy with black beans, replicated what we ate at Mohota Kitchen.
It was a nice feast for our wedding anniversary, heehee...

Dinner started late = washing also ended late.
I was tossing about the whole night.
I saw a lizard trapped at 3am. I felt sorry for it but I had no choice. I was so disturbed that I couldn't sleep. By the time I was sleepy enough, my entire back was in pain. Pasted Salonpas and I knew I had to take panadol in order to sleep. So I only get to sleep the next day from 9.30am to 2.30pm.
