Need to improve my sleeping routine badly

Hubby said my unhealthy sleeping routine is going to kill me.  All the diet, dotox, hard workout, medication are going to the drain cos I sleep late.  Every night I told myself to sleep early, every night I disobey myself.... haiz....
Where's my determination?  I need to sleep early to get back into the right track of my life.

I am the only one in the family who eats leftovers.
My brunch, decided to keep the rice for dinner.  I wasn't hungry drinking fruit juices the whole day.

Hubby ate almost the whole plate of fried rice, asked him to leave me a few spoons.
Then I had to cook Darren a bowl of noodles, haiz...

Fitness training cancelled, I was secretly happy.
Made Luis breakfast.

Was suddenly hungry during mid noon.  Wang Lei's seafood porridge was in the chiller, I took out the frozen rice to make porridge, took out the last piece of unagi from the freezer.
Everything was pipping hot in 20mins.

Dinner.  Instead of seafood porridge, I cooked seafood white bee hoon.
Darren was having swollen gums, difficult to chew, I made him chicken porridge which I didn't take pic of.
