Spanish crystal bread buns with egg + ham + cheese + tomato.
You have to eat it to find out how nice the texture of the bread is.
I started preparing dinner around 6pm. Age is catching up, I am not so nimble any more, finishing cooking only at 7.45pm, my goodness.
White promfret is more ideal but made do with tiger groupa to do teow chew steam. My first attempt, I think I did quite well.

Another fitness training at Oakwood. Baby sis cooked us Korean ginseng black chicken.
She didn't have time to watch over other dishes, the helper kinda screwed up then. But it's ok.
Came back home, tried to catch some sleep. Didn't cook dinner, PapaVoo ta bao seafood bee hoon lolxx.... So we ate seafood bee hoon twice this week.
This was good with lots of crayfish.
Meanwhile, my ironing is piling up again, very sianz..... I kept imagining myself being single, how nice it would be, no need to do everything X4. Live in a 3 room flat myself with simple clean cut furniture, a small fridge and a small kitchen by myself. Now my life is daily wiping of toilet bowls, everyday need to keep their shoes into the cabinet, the floor forever got hair....... I do until I very sian....
