Busy kitchen

 Date: 13/07/2021 (Tues)

There were still some spicy moo ping almost forgotten in the freezer.  I removed the skewers, cut meat into smaller pieces to fry rice.  The rice became slightly spicy then, my son like.

Cooked dinner.

After the previous charcoal wings, I air fried.  Nice sia, Luis requested me to buy more.

The weather was rainy and nice, cooked porridge to go with some dishes.  Managed to clear many old items from the fridge.

Finished off the last piece of baguette, time to order more breads and puffs.

Stuffed in curry pork balls and cheese for Luis.

I added in sprouts for myself.

Went to the market.  I like to buy veg from this stall cos I can pick up the quantity I need.  Unlike supermarkets, items were pre-packed and many times I was "forced" to buy more than I need.
I bought 3pcs potatoes, japanese spring onion and a corn.

So pretty.

Also bought fresh coconut juice with pulp.

Made coconut chicken soup.

Luis was fast at his fav dish.

Asari clams in thai chilli sauce.

Fresh tofu and spring onions in oyster sauce.
Dinner was so good with Ber around.

Our border must be the widest in the whole world.  Anybody, everybody are welcome to Singapore as long as you are willing to get through 14 days quarantine.  Just tell ICA you got friend here can liao, then you can extend your stay extensively, heehee......
Life goes on, cluster or no cluster.
