How to divorced with love...

How to see each other at work everyday when both are divorced....  He stained his shirt and wiped for him with arm wrapping him, 是孽缘还是情缘.....

Brunch for the kids.  They were crazy over my roasted potatoes, didn't have enough last night so I had to make again.  Make poached eggs so as to use up the lemon cream sauce.

I made myself salmon and broccolini, yummy to the max, then didn't need dinner anymore.

So instead of cooking dinner, I try making kaya.  Failed with lumpy texture.  But taste was great, no problem spreading on bread too.

Any how cook dry ramen for the kids.  Used up all the char siew and noodles liao.  Sometimes I wished these 2 items can multiply themselves in fridge.

Dinner:

Bought from Angliss.

Portion was very little, probably for 1.5pax, not as tender as I wished it to be, cos I microwaved it?  Maybe I try steaming it next time.  The gravy was freaking good, so I will order again.

PapaVoo and I went "waaaaaaaaaaaaaa...." upon opening Angliss prawn dumplings.

They were so fat and beautiful just like me lolxx....

After this pic, we poured in the gravy from the chicken, shiok max, sibei delicious.

I made chicken soup and pan fried the last few lemon grass prawn rolls.

We licked up the last drop of that spicy sauce.  Dinner was great, but I hate the washing, urrrggg.....

Did an ang mo platter again

I gave him 3 options:

1) continue to rot with his ipad,

2) spend money go onsen then eat dinner at Kallang mall

3) go Kovan eat Soi 19 then buy some imported veg at Dalat SGmart nearby.

He chose the last, so tidy up myself, looked like human again, it's nice to go for a breather.

Soi 19, we had lunch around 2pm.

After lunch, walked to the opposite lane, gotten broccolini ($7.50) and white asparagus ($17).

Also gotten some Japanese sweet potatoes which we steamed for dinner.

I just gave Darren a pie to settle his dinner, didn't want to open stove lolxx...

Made lunch for 宝宝 and myself.  Chee chiong fun from You Tiao Man, I had to make my own sauce, taste ok only.

Cleared Swee Choon from fridge liao, mee sua kuay and carrot cake.

Luis ate none of the above, had to specially prepare egg toast for him, very troublesome.

After that shoved myself to Cold Storage.  I was deciding between roast chicken or pork knuckle, then settled down with the pig.  Wanted to buy parma ham to go with my precious white asparagus.  But it's freaking $16 over, saw this at one third of the price, so made do with it.

And this became my fav ham, it's so pretty looking and delicious!

I told PapaVoo to bring back some pandan leaves, he uprooted and brought back the whole plant, I wanna faint de.

Western dinner for 3pax.

Brotzeit's knuckle is still the best, but make do lah, it's half the price.

From left to right, pork knuckle, shoved ham, white asparagus with mousseline sauce, roasted potatoes, broccolini with balsamic sauce and portobello with garlic butter.

Mousseline sauce was slightly too saltish cos I forgotten the butter was salted, then I went to add salt, saved it a bit by adding more cream.

Washed the board and prepared to sand and oil it again the next day.

Reheat last night's chicken for lunch, fried the left over rice, tried my ultimate best to clear the Portobello before they die in the fridge.

Finally cleared off all the mandarin oranges liao.  The polka dot tea towel very cute hor, IKEA one.

Dinner no energy to cook liao, ta bao stir fried fish head with pork belly, nice with rice.

Stepped out of the house a little

After a big side swipe fringe, I stopped at a ponytail, if I had proceeded to twist and tuck a french bun, then will become SIA hair liao.

Went Tampines Hub, dinner at foodcourt, used to like this stall but not so now.

My taste bud totally spoiled by Angliss.

The purpose of coming was to accompany PapaVoo to watch Leon Ho.  But he wasn't exactly watching, he was recording and playing with his phone the entire one good hour.  Couldn't be bothered with him, I quite enjoyed listening to the live singing.

Bought some bread from a bakery I never seen before and made a quick trip to NTUC before heading home.

PapaVoo took half day leave, we had late lunch together at IKEA.

He said I was like having high tea with dim sum and this cream bun.

Quite yummy, the cream was soft and light, inside there's some peanut paste.  The bun was soft too.

The TV rack that I wanted finally came, but I changed my mind, wanted this trolley instead cos I think this can keep more rubbish.  But black was out of stock, urrrgggg.....

Only managed to buy 4pcs bundle tea towels for $3.90, heehee....

Ber was home.  I made a big pot of chicken stew for dinner.

The pepperish oyster sauce gravy was so yummy.

Felt greedy later part of the night, PapaVoo and I shared this bread bun.  So freaking yummy, going back to buy next time.

Wasting too much time on watching drama

4 pax lunch, after which I was too lazy to cook dinner.  There's nothing much in the fridge also.

You are looking at beef sukiyaki, fried food of ebi fries, bread uni and twister chicken.

Darren ate one, I ate 2 for lunch and finished off the last char siew bun before dinner.

From Angliss, not sure if it's me or there's a change in recipe, it's a little too sweet.

Dinner was left with old man me.

The ready cooked rendang beef from Angliss not nice, totally not spicy.  I fried rice until I sian, but that's the fastest way to get rid of those fish cake which I bought and nearly forgotten.

Had been feeling lethargic, wasting my life away urrrgg......
