Singapore being well at it's worst....

Made burgers for dinner.  Everything from Angliss except eggs and lettuce.

The burger very huge so couldn't do any more sides, really cannot eat finish.

The mushroom pork patty very thick and juicy.  Not much mushroom taste which was good else Luis will reject.

Our IMH really need to do something..... don't anyhow let patients run loose, especially those with violent tendencies.

It's so sad, the young victim's family must be so broken.

Cooked dinner.

Another type of noodle from Indonesia.  The package says Bakmi Ayam Jamur. what's that....

Anyway, for the boys.  Looked good.

Took out another life saving packet from Angliss.

I had miso salmon with fried rice, added in extra leek.

Whatever the situation is, doesn't matter to me any more.....I feel trapped but what else I can do...... But I know many people is affected, the hawkers are out of business, people who can't/don't cook.

I know we are already very comfortable compared to many, but there's nothing worth to rejoice at the moment, just stay alive while searching for traces of happiness every day.

The balcony looked wonderful with veg.

Pea shoots at the right from Donki, the other 2 in black pots from Angliss.

Some No. 1 korean bread bought from SHC.

My brunch with the last pack of drip coffee.

I didn't pin hopes and true enough, nothing fantastic.  For the price I can get 2pcs from BreadTalk, perhaps with better taste. 

I stopped watching drama for the time being and watched Youtube instead.  Lurking at what other housewives are doing is fun.  Envy that they have time to video and edit, I blog also have prob lolxx....

I died at how this korean woman cut watermelon.  To be realistic she had a box of watermelon in odd shapes after a few boxes of "perfect" cuts, after all the watermelon is round, not square, waahaahaa.....

I made this for 宝宝 and some for myself around 2pm.

Dinner ta bao.

PapaVoo's lady boss gave him a bag of food.  So much things...... got burnt cheese cake which we had for supper.

A day in Chinatown

My baby sis, date me out for nails in Chinatown.

Weather was a big furnace.  I lost my way and was very late.

I love my pedi's color.  This kind of color makes me look fab, I have this color of lippie too.

Sigh.... kinda missed my job as a manicurist......

After we were done, we had early dinner at my baby's sis fav restaurant in Chinatown.

It's a very small restaurant in a shop house.

Their 兴华 bee hoon, PuTian's better.  Baby sis said the standard dropped for this dish.

The signature stone pot herbal fish was very good.

We went Chinatown Point to walk walk.  Quiet mall with half dead retailers.  We shopped in Uniqlo and Daiso.  After which rest and ate desserts.

Lychee shove ice, portion shrink.

Uniqlo French sleeves offer $9.90, I bought 4, finally have enough to wear at home liao.

Along the way, saw lots of elderly not wearing face masks properly.  Not a single ambassador was seen.  I don't really blame these lonely, uneducated old people, but if a cluster should out burst here, so be it.  Let them be, but as said, it's better to avoid this area as far as possible.  To me Mustafa (cos ppl there talks non-stop) and North Point (rub shoulder food basement) are well love by Covid, now one more - Chinatown.

It was lovely spending time with my baby sis, so much love.....

PapaVoo dragged me out to Prime Supermarket to buy Nestle.  After that we had lunch at 3pm lolxx...

The trolley very "capable" can climb stairs but it's quite big for me so I am not sure if I can bring it out with me.

We bought whopping $128 of Nestle for the free electric steam pot and this trolley.

I used 1.5hrs to keep all these things into the pantry.  Limited space I had to keep those Milo cartons in the store for the time being.

Quickly put the KitKat into the fridge, not sure how long they will last in there though lolxx...

Had to eat this up cos it's sitting in the chiller for too long, will spoil one.

It's delicious, shared calories with old man.

Went Lorong Halus with old man cos he said want to do Live casting the 5 NDP flights that took off near there.  However we reached there, the carpark was closed, ppl parked illegally along the road until it became too far for us.

We had no choice but to park and walk from Tebing Lane.  We were so worried that we might missed the timing, little did we know the time was shifted 30mins earlier so we totally missed it and PapaVoo decided to cancel his Live session.

Nevertheless here are some photos which I think it's nice enough to post:

Lots of monkeys about 20 of them crossing the bridge.  Needless to say PapaVoo was freaked out lolxx....  I quickly kept my red cap also.

The fighter flights left, we left the wetland shortly for dinner.

We were at Fat Po.

The wait was more than 30mins, luckily we weren't exactly hungry.

Nice laksa, but actually no need onsen egg lah, hard boil egg will be better.

Otah buns, triple the price if I make at home with the same taste.  But I shouldn't be too hard on myself.

Fake atas

Delivery from SHC with smaller foam boxes.

One of the boxes opened up with Japan's newspaper.

Knowing that we can't visit Japan, they gave me a piece of it.  I was happy for this weird reason for the rest of the day.  It didn't matter so much that they missed out a tub of ice cream and my soup base was expired.  But I still want my replacements of course lolxx....

The delivery came with dry ice too.

It was magical to wash dishes for a while lolxx....

I made a big plate of breakfast which I couldn't finish the parma ham but added in more pea shoots.

Dinner we had KFC.

Cereal chicken.

These were my real intention.

Yummy, loving the gela melaka taste.

Looked about the same as advertise.

Had high hopes on the honey butter toast, but the taste was so so only......

Not worth the money.

Dinner for Darren, don bowl version.

Bento set version for old man.  Decorated with some edible flowers.

Ingredients were cheap.  For this portion, cost:

Saba $1

Tamago $0.30

Ebi fry $1.00

Kani stick with tobiko $1

Teriyaki chicken $2.50

Lettuce $0.50

Total $6.30

Fake atas successfully.

Ate until very full.

Other then the tamago, all the dishes didn't need skill to prepare, saba pan sear, teriyaki chop 20mins air fried, prawns deep fried, done.  Gotten some praises on social media, kinda boost my ego a bit lolxx....

To be honest, I prefer deep fry than pan fry cos cleaning easier.   The deep frying pot prevents oil splatting.  Washing was simple too, rinse with hot water, wash with soap, done.  But this pot probably may not last long, cheap cheap only, quality so so only.  Next time replace with a better one.
